Saucony updated carbon running shoes ‘the fastest ever’
Saucony has released the latest version of full carbon fiber running shoes, Saucony Endorphin Pro 2.
The changes are smooth, but must be visible. This new model displays the same-shaped carbon plate as its predecessor, which is billed as the fastest shoe that ever happened when launched last year. However, Endorphin Pro 2 has been tweaked with new heel support and a bureline system for better fit.

Carbon plate curves are designed to encourage advanced propulsion, while the stiff midsole helps move strength. This shoe is also equipped with a light PB Pwrrun foam, and tips on scales at 213g for men’s models, and 179g for women.
But Endorphin Pro will face intense competition. Since Nike first pulled controversy to potentially provide unfair benefit users (claims which were later canceled by the world athletic review panel), thick soles and carbon plate have become the mainstream in racing shoes.
Besides being improved, one of the factors that might tempt you towards Endorphin Pro 2, especially is the price. Although not the cheapest around, it is very reasonable for quality carbon shoes, and far less than a model like Nike Zoomx new vaporfly next% 2.
Endorphin Pro 2 is available now for $ 200 / £ 190 (around AU $ 260) directly from Paucony in the US and England.
Global running day.
The launch of Endorphin Pro 2 coincides with the global running day (June 2), who has also seen the launch of Garmin Forerunner Garmin 55, plus new studies around the world from the ASICs that encourage runners and other athletes to scan their faces.
